Everyday Jewelry

Good morning and happy Saturday!! I'm so glad you are taking some time out of your day to read up on my everyday jewelry of the moment. And let me tell ya, when I say everyday I really mean EVERY day. Until a few years ago, I was that girl who would wear a different statement necklace or bracelet pretty much on the daily. I'd like to think that as I've matured (a tiny bit) my taste in jewelry has matured too... if it hasn't matured it has atleast been toned down.
A LOT.
So, here is my everyday jewelry rotation! I can truly vouch for the quality and durability of each of these few pieces as well as their versatility. No matter what I'm wearing, I never feel like my jewelry doesn't 'go' so I pretty much don't wear any other stuff. Sometimes I'll go wild and layer another gold necklace or even a Lokai if I'm feeling ~adventurous~ but that's pretty rare for me!

Kendra Scott Elisa Pendant / / I lusted after this necklace for a whole year before I got it for Christmas 2015 (my life is really hard. I know.) and have worn it almost every day since. I always take off my jewelry when I shower or swim but I do leave it on for tennis (sweat) and that has not caused any tarnishing.

Marc Jacobs watch / / This watch, again, was a gift a few months ago and has not left my wrist since. I find this watch to be so elegant and unique. Surprisingly the white leather strap has fared really well through my daily life which involves school, a dog, public transport and more. When I see it going more gray than white, I simply dampen a washcloth and gently wipe the strap. P.S. it's on sale!!

Pearl studs / / These freshwater pearls were decently affordable from a TINY (claustrophobic even) jewelry shop in Westfield Mall in Stratford, London. I have been so good about not losing my earrings recently but I finally lost the pair of pearl studs I had for two years (I only lost one, which is the worst). These studs have a round, natural shape and are the perfect size for my taste. Details like the shape of pearls make me oh so happy :)

Alex and Ani / / I bought my first Alex and Ani in 7th grade and am happy to report that it looks exactly the same more than 3 years later (the one with an S on it). I also wear my birthstone (garnet) and a sailor's knot. The sailor's know bracelet is the newest and tarnished a tiny bit, but not noticeably. I love the look of just one of these or a few layered. I love my two silver ones as well but they don't get a ton of use as I am more of a golden gal :)

Since I love jewelry and I am extremely nosy, I would love to know what you guys wear most or if you wear jewelry at all! Check me out on social media (links to your right) and come again soon!
