It's January 3rd. You've been to the gym twice this year already. Your resolution was to go every day. But... your friends are going out to a movie and you need to finish some homework... So you don't go.
This little scenario is all too familiar to me, and I have a sneaking suspicion its true for most of you too! Every year we set these resolutions that push us to improve ourselves, whether it's physically or mentally. Normally we give up on them before January 31st rolls around: this year I challenge you to set GOALS, not resolutions, and keep working at them until you achieve them!!
Here's a list of my goals for 2018. They're pretty tame, so I have a good feeling about working on them (and a generally good feeling about 2018!!). Enjoy!
1: Make a habit of making my bed.
2: Wake up earlier.
3: Take better care of my skin (and then wear makeup less often)
4: Get abs (and actually keep them!)
5: Make blogging a priority.
6: Make a new good habit every month, and write about it.
7: Force myself to sit down and at least start to do my homework right when I get home.
8: Use the weekend how it is most useful; catch up with friends, rest, get ahead on homework, etc.
9: Go out of my comfort zone once a month, and write about it.
10: Work as hard as I can to get the best grades that I can.
