Little Luxuries: The Best Treats from Jo Malone

Hello beautiful friends!! Today I'm coming at you with this very important PSA: Treat Yo Self. If I had to choose only one important life lesson that I learned from Parks and Rec, it would be that you have to treat yo self as motivation to work harder. That, and you have to work a little to ball a lot (another great Tom Haverford sentiment). But, this post isn't about Parks and Rec (although that would be amazing), it's about Jo Malone. In my eyes, Jo Malone is the ultimate way to treat yo self. There's something about the amazing quality of the actual products as well as the heavy, luxe packaging that creates an experience you just can't get anywhere else. If you need any gift ideas (or wishlist ideas...) this line is perfect!

If you just need a little mid-week pick-me-up, the Geranium & Walnut Hand Cream is my recommendation. At $30, it's the perfect price to think of it as a splurge without actually emptying your wallet. You can use such a tiny bit of this hand cream and the light, earthy scent will linger for hours.

The bottle pictured above is the 30 mL size Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne. Using it daily, this bottle should last about a year. Just like the hand cream, the tiniest dab of cologne will linger on you all day without being overpowering. The Wood Sage & Sea Salt scent is gorgeous, but I'm also dying to try the Nectarine Blossom & Honey scent. The 30 mL bottle retails for $65.

If I could only recommend one Jo Malone product it might be their candles. They smell incredible, give off the perfect amount of fragrance that never gives me a headache (unlike pretty much all other candles!!) and burn for a really long time. The one pictured is called Green Tomato Leaf and it is the 200 g size (the only size its available in) which retails for $65.

I am so glad you stopped by today- whether you're a regular reader or you just stumbled across this post, I hope you'll be back soon to catch some more Parks and Rec references and other generally unuseful tidbits that I am so inclined to share. But, I really hope you enjoyed this love letter to Jo Malone and will think of this next time you need to treat. yo. self.
