Products to Stay AWAY From!

Hello party people! I hope you've had a relaxing, chilled Sunday- I just took a long bath with some of my favorite Lush goodies, painted my nails, got ready for the week and am topping off the evening with a quick blog post (writing them never fails to put me in a good mood!). If you're an avid reader (thanks btw!) you''re certainly no stranger to my beauty collection- I'm quick to share any products I think you should run out and buy. But, there are a couple things I've been saving to tell you all to save your money on- this post is a round-up of those things. Let me know what ya think!

Sooae Lip mask- you can tell in the low-quality picture below that I was unimpressed by this product as soon as I put it on. You have to purse your lips so it doesn't fall off, it tastes bad, it burns, it left redness around my mouth AND it let my lips dry- all it was supposed to do was moisturize and fill in the lines of my lips. Stay FAR away from this product! (Also ignore my hair. Twas a long, long day)

Makeup Revolution Baked Bronzer- the formula of this is not half bad. The actual product isn't either- I'm just mad because I needed a bronzer, bought this one without swatching it, just to figure out that this is a gold, shimmery powder that looks like trash as a bronzer. If you've got deeper skin I bet this would be a great natural glow on you, but not for this pale gal!

Tresor by Lancome body lotion- the fragrance I wear every day is Tresor, so of course, I was drawn to this lotion because I love that scent. I got the body lotion but can't even use it because it smells so, so strong. You could totally put a little bit where you apply perfume and get a similar effect, but I bought it with the intentions of using it as a ...lotion... so I was quite disappointed.

Stila Magnificent Metals gloss- I looked this up to see if its still available, and it is, but thankfully the price has been reduced so it's not quite as frustrating that this product is awful! I actually used to really like it- not surprisingly, it was one of the first nicer lip products I had tried so I had no frame of reference for what a good gloss is actually like. This stuff is chunky glitter central and feels disgusting on the lips. It looks pretty though!
